Before we can ship, we process your order to ensure availability of your product, check shipping selection and verify credit card payment.  Please note that we will contact you immediately should any issues arise.

If an item is out of stock, or will be delayed in any way, we will email you with an update status of your order.  If a significant delay is anticipated, we will not proceed with fulfilment of the order without your approval.  If you order more than one item and we do not have all items available in stock we will send them separately.

All items are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfilment.
We ship items within 2-3 business days of receipt of approved payment (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays - these do not count as business days).

Our shipping costs are divided into 2 main categories: UK Mainland and International.  Please note shipping charges are for shipping, packaging & handling.

UK Mainland: 2 services are offered dependent on the urgency of your purchase and will be delivered via the Royal Mail:

1st Class Recorded @ £2.99 per item.
Special Delivery Next Day – guaranteed by 1pm @ £5.50 per item.

Please note that both services will require a signature on delivery of the item.

International:
To simplify and keep costs down we use Royal Mail Airsure service with a flat fee of £9.99 per item.  Airsure is the safest, fastest and most reliable service for sending mail to Europe and the rest of the world.  It has priority handling and is tracked.

The delivery aim of this service is 2-4 working days

We can deliver to 30 different countries using this service, namely:

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Rest of World: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, USA and New Zealand.

Due to international shipping regulations, restrictions or embargo policies, slimmingbelt.net reserves the right to alter its allowable country list at any time.

For US destinations, if your shipping address is a P.O. box, the US Postal Service is required.

Shipping to Hawaii and/or Alaska may experience longer than usual delivery timeframes.

Parcels sent to some remote areas may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive.

As an international buyer, you will be responsible for any taxes & duties imposed by your respective government, which will be charged upon delivery.  We do not put “gift for resale” on the package.  Only the relevant Customs authority can advise on applicable Custom charges for a given shipment.   Please contact your local agent to determine estimated taxes and duties, if applicable.

Although the vast majority of parcels sent, arrive at their destination on time, occasional delays can occur for several reasons.  Poor weather, closed airports, terrorist alerts, customs delays, incomplete delivery addresses etc can play a part in any delivery.  You can therefore help us to deliver on time, by ensuring you give us your full and complete delivery address.

People are often misled by false promises of guaranteed delivery times, but no company can guarantee 100% when you take the above circumstances into consideration.

Although the vast majority of the World Wide destinations can be delivered directly to the door, some countries have a door to airport policy only service.  With these regions the consignee may have to go to customs or the local courier service office to take possession of the item.  These countries include: Anguilla, Antigua, Armenia, Barbados, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Cuba, Dominica, East Timor, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya and Macedonia.
